Neurologist-Guided Recovery. Rehabilitation. Performance.

Specialized care for the brain, from a team that starts by listening.

Meridian Neuro brings navigated TMS (nTMS), neuro-vestibular physical therapy, speech & language therapy, and neurological care together under one roof in Irvine — guided by a board-certified neurologist. Now open in Irvine.

Understanding the Technology

What is navigated TMS?

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive way to stimulate specific areas of the brain using magnetic pulses — no surgery, no anesthesia, no medication.

Navigated TMS (nTMS) adds precision. Using the Nexstim NBS system, your own MRI guides every session, so stimulation reaches the intended target with millimeter-level accuracy. Think of the difference between a map of a neighborhood and GPS guidance to a specific front door.

Every parameter is set and monitored by Dr. Joey Gee, our board-certified neurologist and medical director.

Does This Sound Like You?

You've tried. It hasn't been enough.

Most people who walk through our door have already seen other providers. If any of these feel familiar, you're in the right place.

"The room spins without warning."

Dizziness or unsteadiness is quietly narrowing what you feel safe doing.

Dizziness, vertigo & balance →

"My migraines keep coming back."

You've cycled through medications, and the headaches still shape your calendar.

Migraine & chronic headache →

"It's been months since my concussion."

The scan was normal, but the fog, dizziness, and headaches never fully left.

Post-concussion syndrome →

"Insurance said my recovery was done."

After a stroke, your therapy ended — but you know there's more progress in you.

Stroke recovery →

"Words don't come like they used to."

Aphasia, a softer voice with Parkinson's, or communication changes after brain injury.

Speech & language →

"I want to stay sharp for decades."

Nothing is wrong — and you'd like to keep it that way, with a real baseline.

Cognitive longevity →
Our Approach

Three honest paths — and the honesty to tell you which is yours.

Every treatment program begins with an evaluation. What happens next depends entirely on what you need — not on what we'd prefer to offer.

Path A

nTMS, if clinically appropriate

If Dr. Gee determines navigated TMS is a good fit for your situation, it may become part of an individualized treatment plan — with a built-in checkpoint to assess your response before continuing.

Path B

Honest alternatives

Sometimes nTMS isn't the right tool. When that's true, we say so — and offer what is: Botox for chronic migraine, medication management, or a referral to a provider better suited to your needs.

Path C

Standalone therapy

Neuro-vestibular physical therapy and speech & language therapy stand on their own. You can start therapy directly — no neurology consult required.
