By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Meridian Neuro, LLC. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Who is sending these messages

Messages you can expect to receive
Our text messages are for patient care and scheduling — not marketing. If you have opted in, you may receive:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Scheduling changes, rescheduling requests, and cancellations
- Visit logistics — arrival instructions, parking, what to bring, intake paperwork reminders
- Replies from our team to a question you have asked us
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Consent
You provide consent to receive text messages during your intake with our practice. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or of any purchase. You can decline text messages and still schedule, attend appointments, and be treated exactly as you otherwise would.
Submitting the contact form on this website does not enrol you in text messaging.

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by Meridian Neuro.
How to opt out
To opt out at any time, text STOP. You may reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you as a patient and does not affect your care. We will contact you by phone or email instead.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Do not send clinical or emergency information by text
Text messaging is not a secure channel and is not monitored continuously. Do not use text messages to report symptoms, request urgent advice, or share detailed medical information. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
