Programs & Fees

No surprise fees. No insurance runaround. No fine print.

Meridian Neuro is a cash-pay practice with flat fees. Every cost is reviewed with you before treatment begins — so the first time you hear a number is never on a bill.

The Model

What "cash-pay" actually means for you

Flat fees, quoted before you commit

Every service has a flat fee. You'll get exact numbers at your evaluation, or by phone or email before you ever book — whichever you prefer.

No insurance middleman

We don't bill insurance, which means no prior authorizations, no visit caps set by an insurer, and no care decisions made by someone who has never met you.

Superbills & HSA/FSA

We provide superbills on request for you to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA payment.

Program Structure

Programs with checkpoints — not open-ended commitments

Treatment programs at Meridian Neuro are structured in phases. Phase 1 is an initial treatment block with a defined go/no-go checkpoint: you and your clinician review your response together and decide whether continuing makes sense before anything more is scheduled.

That structure exists so you're never paying into an open-ended plan on faith. You'll always know what the current phase involves, what it costs, and what the decision point is.

Fair Questions

Asked and answered

Why aren't your fees listed on this page?

Because the right quote depends on your program — evaluation type, therapy cadence, and phase structure differ by person. Rather than publish ranges that could mislead, we quote your exact flat fee before you book, by phone or email, with no obligation. What we can promise here: no surprise fees, ever.

Will my insurance cover any of this?

We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide superbills on request that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan; we're glad to explain how superbills work when you call.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. HSA and FSA payments are accepted.

What if treatment isn't working?

Programs have built-in checkpoints. If you're not responding, we say so and stop or change course — that's the point of the phased structure.

Get your exact numbers before you commit to anything.
