Built by clinicians who kept meeting the same patient.
The one who'd seen four specialists in four buildings, none of whom compared notes. Meridian Neuro exists to be the other thing: one team, one location, one honest plan.
Integrated by design. Honest by policy.
Neurological problems rarely respect specialty boundaries. A concussion affects balance, thinking, and headaches at once. A stroke touches movement and language together. Parkinson's involves gait and voice. Treating each piece in a different office, with no one holding the whole picture, is how recoveries stall.
At Meridian Neuro, a board-certified neurologist, two neuro-vestibular physical therapists, and a speech-language pathologist work in one Irvine location, on one coordinated plan. Every treatment program begins with an evaluation — and what we recommend after it depends on what you need, not on what we'd prefer to sell.
Our honesty policy
Navigated TMS (nTMS) is our flagship technology — and it is not right for everyone. When it isn't, we say so, and we offer what is: Botox for chronic migraine, medication management, standalone therapy, or a referral to someone better suited to your needs.
A center that tells you when its flagship service isn't right is one you can trust when it says it is.
50+ combined years of specialized neurological care.
